Xmas Eve - Snowed In

Hey guys...so sorry this is so late... my video upload service totally let me down over Xmas!! Anyway, here's the beginning of my Xmas Eve:





After I recorded this vlog, however, the snow let up a tiny bit, my building manager shoveled the driveway to the garage and the roads on the webcams along the freeways didn't look too horrible, so I hit the road... more to come about that soon!

Wednesday & We're In The Kitchen Again!

Hey everyone! I finally got to a few of my specialty stores and put some good food back in the cupboards and fridge. So thought this a good opportunity to stop making promises and not keeping them! Here's a trip thru my well-stocked (at least for me) kitchen!



Oh, and for the record, I did NOT do the stairwells after all. By the time I got home it had gotten nice out, so I went for a ride on my legs, a lovely endurance run, instead. And, yes I was well-behaved at lunch. Had a salad w/grilled chicken & a club soda and also a coffee with some skim milk. And am very proud of self for not causing any guilt as a result of this day! :-)

Oh, also I forgot to mention in the video that I actually shaved a full 2:15 off my endurance/hills run today (that's 2 MINUTES, 15 SECONDS!!) since the last time I did the same run just last week by just 'given er' instead of being delicate about it ... and man did that feel great!!!
