Wow, running in the rain. I'm gonna guess it's not 30 degrees there yet, huh?
Thank you for sharing how and what you eat. So interesting. I went out today to the health food store and stocked up on healthy foods. Read ingredients and tried not to get anything with soy in it. Unfortunately, I got some Ezekial bread that does have some in it. Blah! But, I found a veggie protein powder with no soy and am so excited!
I will google the tuna thing. I so appreciate how you answer my questions, thanks so much!
30 degrees? is that like 0 degrees celsius? 0 is freezing in celsius. anyway, yah, its getting close to 0, not quite tho.
wow, you found VEGGIE protein powder with NO SOY??! what is the protein source? am very interested.
Just wanted to say how much I've been enjoying your videos. I haven't been doing too well with my diet and exercise lately but you've motivated to get my act together. It's Sunday afternoon here in Australia so I'm going to clean out the fridge and pantry and plan my meals for tomorrow. Thanks for sharing.

Hey libby... I'm so glad to hear I've inspired you!! go for it girl. I'm here if you get stuck!
I'm sending you a web page via email about the Veggie Protein Powder. I haven't tasted it yet. I bought it at Feel-Rite Food Store and the guy that helped me out said it's an aquired taste. But that you can get used to it. Plus you can add fruit to enhance the flavor.
Yes, 30 degrees is close to 0 degrees celsius. Not an expert on celsius, but 30 degrees is freezing. So, you're telling me you were running in the RAIN in almost FREEZING weather?? WOW. (kneeling in awe!)
got it thanks. and yup, I've run in the snow too, but have decided that its just too slippery to be safe. Glad I live in a city where it hardly ever snows! :-)
