yah, I know its outta sync. sorry. I'll have to go back to shooting higher res and downconverting. shooting low res isn't working.
as for my supercircuit, its actually a 4Day program... I tried to make it a 3Day but there were just too many exercises I wanted to include so in order to keep it short I had to make it 4Day full body. I alternate between Compound Exercises and Isolation Moves for 8 exercises, covering full body and do either Knee Ups or Jumping Jacks between each cycle of the circuit in order to keep my heart rate up (although this particular circuit was keeping my heart rate plenty high anyway!).
