I've talked a few times about Mike Geary. This guy really knows what he's talking about. His report was instrumental in helping me "get it". He's a guy's guy and super intense. He motivates me simply by being a no excuses, no whiners kind of guy (and a totally nice guy to boot!).

:-) gee, you are kinda good for my ego, gf!! :-) I definitely had some attn from the boys last night... also very good for the ego. Too bad I was having too much fun dancing by myself and hogging the dancefloor to bother with them!! LOL!
Love it ,lol. You are too cute with your mannerisms and what not. Very easy to watch and listen to. I am proud of you girl. I, have, watch you on twitter and know you WORK at it and WORK IT! Hope "cheat night" with the gang, remembering the old hang out was a BLAST and you deserve it.
What you said can be applied to just about any thing you are trying to stick with, we all need to give ourselves permission to "cheat", let our hair down, and have fun. As a mom of twins I get this.
