Hey everyone... here's a quick tour thru the space I work out in (also known as my home!). I made a small mistake in one area, so when I start talking about doing 'chest presses' on a chair, I actually meant 'shoulder presses' ok? :-)
I also wanted to point out when I'm talking about super circuits using all compound moves and my doubt that they can keep muscles defined, what I mean really is that you pretty much have to use lighter weights when doing compound moves and isolation moves lend themselves more to lifting heavier weights and adding muscle and definition to the muscle you are isolating.
enjoy... !!!
Oh, and please comment and let me know how I did, I'm still learning and hoping to learn from you all! I'm a sponge for constructive criticism so feel free to let me have it if you see areas I can improve/change up!!

Thanks for the insight into your world and it just goes to show that you don't have to go the gym to gain benefits. :o)
You really show us that there are no excuses for not working out !
Love it girl!! Love it!! You know, I didn't join my gym until last summer, and eventually my (dream) goal is to have a killer at home gym again....I love training at home.

Hi everyone! thanks so much for the awesome, motivating comments!! I'm enjoying this, and am glad you are too.
charliewall, I got the pullup bar at a fitness store here in the Vancouver area that is fast becoming a large chain, called FitnessTown. I should have bought shares in them when I discovered them cuz I'm starting to think I'm single-handedly keeping them in business!! Just bought a pair of 35lb dbs yesterday after I finished this vlog!
